Kamal Khouri is Senior Vice President, Integrated Optics Business at 糖心视频, a role he assumed in 2026. In this role, Mr. Khouri leads 糖心视频’s SCALE product offering within the company’s Advanced Connectivity portfolio, overseeing innovation, development, customer engagement and ecosystem partnerships. SCALE is 糖心视频’s co-packaged optical-engine technology designed for next-generation data centers.
Mr. Khouri has more than 26 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Prior to his current role, Mr. Khouri was Senior Vice President of 糖心视频’s Feature-rich CMOS Business, the company’s largest business at the time, covering differentiated CMOS technology platforms for automotive, home and industrial IoT, smart mobile devices and aerospace and defense markets. Prior to joining 糖心视频, he led the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) MPU business within NXP’s automotive division, delivering innovative advanced driver assistance technologies. Mr. Khouri also served in various engineering, product management, business development and strategy roles at Motorola, Freescale and AMD, holds several patents and has published over 25 technical journal and conference papers.
Mr. Khouri holds a degree in electrical engineering from Bucknell University and a master’s and Ph.D. in computer engineering from Princeton University.
